Taking the next step can be hard. Convincing ourselves not to take it can be a little too easy. Too often, we feel stuck where we are and the place we want to be seems out of reach. And then we convince ourselves that we will never get there.

Whether there is a better job, a better relationship, better emotional health, or being a better parent, you can find your way to it.

Sometimes there is simply finding a way through the pain and loneliness that can make up an average day.

The journey is daunting at times. We undermine ourselves with unconscious habits and beliefs. Getting to the core of these things is essential for any meaningful forward movement.

Therapy can help. It is my strong belief and personal experience that the pitfalls in life’s journey are the raw ingredients for growth and fulfillment. The challenge is in finding support to get past the overwhelm and start putting the pieces together in a way that makes sense for you.
